The primary source of your information is when you sign up to one of our services at the venue, this can be via Memberships or the purchase of Swipe/Gift Cards. Other information we collect when you browse our site may include your IP address and device type which is done automatically through the use of Cookies.

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • To provide you with, or otherwise respond to your requests for, information and/or services, including but not limited to e-newsletters, marketing programs or other options in our marketing programs.
  • To display a member’s first and last name on Competition Leader Boards at a Joy in Golf Venue as well as on any digital platform such as the Members Hub.
  • To provide you with information on upcoming events and happenings.
